Lili Mahoney https://www.amazon.com/Barefoot-Pastures-Book-Lili-Mahoney-ebook/dp/B00SNUZHXY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1466289150&sr=8-1&keywords=Lili+Mahoney
Lili Mahoney was born in a small Texas town where football, oil, and rodeo ruled the world. As a young girl, all she ever wanted was to ride horses or be involved with them in some way. However, she was born into the country club scene and didn’t get her first horse until she was fifteen, so she had to dream big for a while. Lili did that by watching old westerns, on repeat. She fell in love with the cowboy early on, thanks to Larry McMurtry, and nothing else would ever compare to the love for land and horses she saw in those movies. That’s what Lili hopes to bring to life with her own writing, that idealistic respect for our environment, matched equally with humor. She never thought she’d be someone to write a book. EVER. She hated reading growing up because of dyslexia and the struggles she had throughout her educational career. However, while reading a wildly popular vampire series, Tory’s story began running though her head and had to eradicate her and Rusty or lose her sanity. Lili feels blessed to have friends and family who support her creative whims. Her family is unbalanced (to be polite), but entertaining, and a constant source of food for stories flashing through her head. They’ve all been warned that they could be her next character.
